All personalized bespoke scarves are nonrefundable unless a defect is found on the unworn piece.

Personalized Scarves are made to order and are hand sewn and require up to 6-7 weeks for delivery.  In most cases we will have non-personalized scarves in stock, in which case you will get your scarf within 1-2 weeks.
